Saturday Soccer Cancelled

Unplayable field conditions forced the cancellation of the two soccer matches scheduled for Saturday between Marquette Catholic High School and Washington Township. The Lady Blazers return to the pitch Monday evening at Andrean at 5 pm. The Blazers will play host to Bishop Noll on Wednesday at 5 pm at the Marquette Athletic Complex.

MQT Boys Soccer Falls 2-0 to Hebron

A pair of late second-half goals lifted visiting Hebron past the Marquette Catholic boys varsity soccer team Wednesday night at the Marquette Athletic Complex. Sophomore goalkeeper Connor Donaldson made a number of dazzling saves during the first 60 minutes of the contest, but the Hawks took a 1-0 lead with just under 18 minutes remaining in regulation.
