Olivia Zmuda, Marquette's sophomore phenom libero, notched her 1,000th career dig Thursday night to help the Blazers to a 3-0 sweep of Victory Christian Academy. Zmuda was presented with a commemorative frame in the second set following her landmark achievement. Marquette battled to take the opening set 25-20 before coasting to 25-13 and 25-10 wins in the second and third sets. The Blazers (15-3) will close out the week Saturday at the Michigan City Invite beginning at 9 am.
